Locally produced plant-based solution meets sustainability and viral protocol goals.

Natroshield Disinfectant, an Australian innovator in the fast-growing market of non-toxic and alcohol-free disinfectants and hand sanitisers, has been selected to supply McConaghy Properties retail portfolio. Inspired by mother nature, Natroshield has developed a hospital-grade disinfectant and effective, alcohol free sanitiser formulated solely with plant extracts and organic acids.

Glen McAnulty, COO of McConaghy Properties commented “Our corporate goals are aligned with the new world of sustainability.” He added, “As our Shopping Centres continue to deliver on our objectives of focusing on our customers, our community, and our investors, we recognise the need to incorporate sustainable products into our centres to ensure we are delivering a safe environment for our customers and all those who work in our centres.”

Natroshield Managing Director, John Postle, said “We are always pleased when we can work with leaders in ESG like McConaghy Properties. Our products are increasingly used across the retail and commercial sectors, government agencies, charities, and emergency volunteers in communities recovering from cyclones, flooding and storms in Queensland and New South Wales. We are encouraged when a company with the reputation like McConaghy Properties choses a sustainable product like ours to meet both its disinfectant requirements and it’s environmental initiatives.”

Founded in 1969, McConaghy Properties is a family company that has grown to become a major investor in regional Australia.
